Comparing of Several Premedication Methods at the Etomidate Anesthesia

In our studies, we worked on the effects of Etom-idate. We searched the clinical and hemodynamic ef-fects during the induction of anesthesia. We observed the importance of premedication regarding to the side effects and hemodynamic changings of Etomidate. Our conclusions disclosed that Etomidate is the most appropriate intravenous anesthetic agent and Fentanyl + Atropin combination is also one of the most effective premedication method.
