İn this study a revievv of 9 arteriovenous malformation eases surgically treated between October 1991 and Oc- tober 1999 is presented. Of these cerebral AVM cases, 5 were presented with intracranial hemorrhages, 2 had Progressive neurologic deficit, 2 had headaches initially. Surgical mortality was 1/9 in the series. The clinical di- agnostic and therapeutic aspects of cerebral AVM' s ar e emphasized and the literatüre on this subject has been reviewed.
