Culture Results of Blook Soap Used Collective At Sink of 150 Restaurants

Cultures of open soaps used at sink of 150 res-taurant at Konya urban were evaluated. Bacteria were isolated in 90 (%60) soap samples, no isolated in 60 (%40) soap samples. When 90 cultures with positive results were eva-luated; Staphylococcus aureus (% 4), Staph-ylococcus epidermidis (% 5.33), Staphylococcus au-reus + Staphylococcus epidermidis (%33.33) Escherichia coli (% 4), Klebsiella + Staphylococcus epidermidis (% 2.67), Staphylococus epidermidis + Bacteroides (% 2.67), Klebsiella (% 1.33), Es-herichia coli + Pseudomonas (% 1.33), Esherichia coli + Staphylococcus aureus + Staphylococcus epi-dermidis + Bacteroides (% 1.33), Staphylococcus aureus + Staphylococcus epidermidis + Bacteroides (% 1.33) and Staphylococcus aureus + Staph-ylococcus epidermidis + Corynebacterium + group A Streptecoccus (% 1.33) were indentified from soap samples.
