Cyclosporin-A Treatment in Psoriasis

Psoriasis is chronic and inflainatory diseases which characterised with epidermal cell pro-liferation. There is a common. opinion about etiology of psoriasis which is explained with faulty im-munological respons of cells. It is emphasised that impaired T cell function is responsible of pathogenesis of the diseases. It has known. that cyclosporin-A is im-munsupresif and has selective efficacy on ke-ratinocysts and chronic intlamatory cells. By this re-ason in recent years it has begun to use cyclosporin-A, more frequently to cure psoriatic patients.
