Spinal anesthesia is a widely used method in many surgeries. However, some neurological complications are reported including cranial nerve paresis. The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage was defined may lead to VI th cranial nerve damage and diplopia. After distinction from other cranial pathologies, the patient must be informed about the prognosis of diplopia and should be offered take plenty of fluids.
