In this article, we researched 87 patients in our clinic with primary bronch carcinoma for diagnosis and treatment methods. Seventy-five of the cases were men (86.2 %) and 12 of them (13.7 %) were women. 72 of thern smokers of different numbers and times. 15 of the cases were passive smokers. Most of the patients were applied often 5 or more months that the symptoms began because of the patients' uneducation and the physicians uncare. In our research, the best diagnostic technic is the endoscopy and biopsy together in 69 cases (79.3 %). Thoracotomy were applied in 25 cases. We couldn't know about the 5 years survey because the patients never come to control. The mortality rate was 4 % with 1 death.
