Two patients, 11 and 12 years old treated for choledoc cysts are presented, One of :hem was diagnosed by ultrasonography and the other by uhrasonography and hepatobiliary scanning technics preoperatively. One patiem undenvent choledochocystoduodonostomy and the other Roux-en Y choledochocystojejunostomy. They had no complaints postoperatively.
