Fetal arrhythmias are a very rare complication of fetal life, and the fetal heart rate decreases below 1001, increases to 200-230 lysers or changes in rhythm can be defined as orthogonal. Differential calL5mas were published for the first time in 1930 as pho-nocardiographic and in 19601 electrocardiographically. The development of M-mode echocardiography and color Doppler echocardiography brought a new dimension to the introduction of fetal arrhythmia. In the following years, with the introduction of fetal umbilical cordocentesis techniques, there were great developments in the treatment of arrhythmias, in the examination of fetal blood samples and measurement of the levels of the fetus, as well as in the prenatal full-meal treatment of arrhythmias with fetal transvenous pacing.
