This report is performed on twenty undergoing haemodialysis pa-tients, at Selçuk University, Medical Faculty, Haemodialysis unit of Internal Medicine. Total cholesterol HDL-C, LDL-C, Beta lipoproteins, Pre-beta lipoprotein and Alpha lipoprotein values of haemodialyzed pa-tients and the values of control group are compared. In dialyzed patients TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Pre-beta lipoprotein and alpha lipopro-teins are found low but Beta lipoprotein high, comparing to the control group. After dialysis Beta lipoprotein and LDL-C are decreased and the other fractions are slightly increased.
