In this study, aluminium sulphate solutions at 10, 20 and 40 pgInil of the concentrations were added to the lymphocyte cultures from ten female and ten male subjects by standard protocols to examination the mutagenic effect of aluminium sulphate. have a wide usage. The obtained data were then compared to that of control group. Consequently, it was found that the difference between the mean micronucleus (MN) values in controls and aluminium sulphate-treated cultures from the female and male subjects was not to he statistically significant (P>0.05). Ar total twenty subjects, it was observed that the mean MN value from concentration groups are con-siderably higher than the mean MN value from cont-rol group (P<0.005).
