In this study, we investigated eject of fiberoptic bronchoscopy on pulmonary function tests of 37patients, at the Chest Diseases Department of Selcuk University Medical Faculty. The pulmonary function tests were measured before and ceer bronchoscopy. Ofthe pulmonary .ftinction tests, FVC, FEVI , FEVI IFVC , PFT and MMEF were evaluated. We observed that there was no statistically significant differences between the. -values measured before and after bronchoscopy. Our study indicates that fiberoptic bronchoscopy dosen't have a significant effect on pul-monary function tests.
