ELEKTROHYDROLITHOTRIPSIE IN DER BLASE DURCH DIE KOMBINATION VON URAT-I UND STEIN- PUN CHLITOTRIPTOR NACH MAUERMEYER

We started to practice electrohydrolithotripsy in our clinic since 1984. Although it seems simple and can be done by anyone without any prior knowledge, it is seen in the literature that it can create very dangerous complications that may even result in death. We present our study of 28 cases as a preliminary report. In our clinic, we treated 28 patients with opaque and non-opaque bladder stones of various sizes and hardness, with the combination of URAT - I and mechanical lithotripter (PUNCH) without leaving any residue in the bladder intraoperatively and postoperatively without any complications. The patients were discharged after a very short hospitalization.
