Eosinophilic granuloma is a clinical variant of histiocytosis - X. There are solitary or multiple le-sions on the bones due to histiocytic proliferation. The lesions are rarely located in the temporal re-gion. The tumor is asymptomatic at the onset. We present a case whose lesion is located on the temporoparietal area. The case is followed after the operation without chernotherapy and radiotherapy.
