Nearly all of the reports about pneumomediastinum associated with pneumonia have been conducted in adults as pneumomediastinum was uncommon in pediatric age group. This case report is described an infant with pneumonia complicated with pneumomediastinum and epidural emphysema. Her original disease is a severe combine immunedeficiency (SCID). Another reason to provide this case report is that epidural emphysema or pneumorachis associated with pneumonia and pneumomediastinum is a rare condition.
