Epıphvsis is a rıtare common site of injury fnllowing traııma to the skeleton in children. They are particular importance because of the cbmplication of growıh disturbance. It was the aim of this study to analize of 1320 long-bone factures in children for determination of the incidance of epiphyseal fracture.s. Epiphyseal fractures was accounted for 6.2%. The most frequently injuired site were the disıal Mune. rus and distal radius. 26 of 78 epiphyseal fractures were treated with operative method. Complication rate was %11.
