In line with the aim of raising a healthy generation, which is one of the basic policies of the countries, many studies are carried out on children today. This also applies to physical fitness "physical fitness" and physical fitness studies are mostly directed towards prepubertal and puberty. Great importance is also attached to the recognition of the successful athletes of the future at an early age. For this reason, in 1977 within the Council of Europe, based on the principle of "Sport for All", studies to develop effective methods that can be used in researches and can be applied in schools to define and evaluate physical ability in children.
