At the present study the value of computed to-mography (CT) in follow up examination after ra-diotherapy and in the diagnosis of nazopharangeal carcinoma were discussed. The effectiveness of the radiothepary is evaluated by CT scans. It has been discuseed CT results before the treatment and 8-12 weeks later in 26 cases tht have nasopharangeal carcinoma in both CT scanned clinical examination. These findings were confused that 7 cases is stage 1. 3 cases stage II, 6 cases stage III and 10 cases stage IV. After the radiotherapy, CT scans showed that 10 patients (41.6%) have complete response and 14 pa-tients (58.3 %) have partially response. It was re-ported the regression of the invasion in to the ad-junct structures. In conclusion, CT is available procedure in the diagnosis of nasopharangeal car-cinomas and to report of the effectiveness of ra-diotherapy.
