182 cases with acute viral hepatitis hospitalized in the Clinic of Infectious Disease Faculty of Me-dicine. Selcuk University were evaluated between 1990 and 1995 acute viral hepatitis A was detected in 26.40 %, acute viral hepatitis B in 69.23 %, acute viral hepatitis D (Delta co-infection and super-infection) in 1.62 % and acute hepatitis C in 2.75 %.
