Epidural hematomae are one of the most seen emergency neurosurgical pathologies. Acute epidural hematomae generally depends on the bleeding of the arteria meningia media and its branches and collection of the hematoma at the epidural space. Epidural hematomae rarely depend on the venous sinusal bleedings. The management is generally surgical decompression of the hematoma. In this report, we present a case which is not operated after the detection of epidural hematoma and managed conservatively.
