Aplastik anemia is a rare and severe comp-lication of viral hepatitis. It's mortality rate is al-most 85%. This coplication has been observed most often in association with non A, non-B viruses (es-pecially hepatitis C virus) and also the other he-patitis viruses can cause this complication. We presented a 17 years old male patient who had aplastir anemia associated with hepatitis C virus. Although full hematologic recovery occured in three months but aplastic anemia recurred after 26 months. The patient died of E. roll septicemia ca-used by harmful traditional application.
