In this study in which feto-maternal transfusion was researched, the Tate of feto-maternal transfu-sion was 18.59%. Fetal and materna' blood group cornpatibility, prirnipar pregnancy and forceps or vacuum adminisiration were signıficanily enhanced feto-rnaternal transfusion. But, bleeding during pregnancy, preeclampsia, induction adrninistration, duration of pregnancy, duration of delivery onset, with bleeding. Fetal presentation form, placentae and cordon complications were not effective ta feto-maternal transfusion.
