Forestier's disease which is known senile ank-ylosing hyperostosis or spondylosis hyperostotica is generally localized spinal, sometimes extraspinal. The disease does not effect the quality of life and has a good response to treatment. In this article a Dif-fuse idiopathic Skeletal Hyperostosis (DISH) case who has low hack pain and localized in vertebrae is presented.
