In this study, 22 cases with frontal sinüs frac-tures, between 1989 and 1992, were examined and di-agnoses, treatments and complications of frontal sinüs fractures are revised. Most of the fractures were on the anterior table and causes were traffic accidents. CT is most valuable technique in diagnoses. Espe-cially the type and localization of the fracture must be initially identified and then managed to therapy. Although our follouw-up time is short, complica-tion rate is very low.
