Hematologic Values in Uncomplicated Peptic Ulcer

In 33 patients with peptic ulcer which were included by radiologic and clinic examination and history were evaluated for hematologic values. These patients should not have a history of gastrointestinal hemorrhage and occult blood and parasites in stool. These patients group were compared with 10 normal people who had not peptic ulcer and gastric compliants and no prominent anemia. At the end of the study; the patient group had a ligde dillerence from the normal group in 1lb, red blood cell count, PCV. There was important dillerence between the values of iron and total Iran binding capacity.
