Although an osseous location of hydatid disease is uncommon but it causes many diagnostic and therapeutic problems. Three patients with hydatid disease in which involved the tong bones (femur 2, tibia 1) are reported in this aniele. The age of the pa-tients ranged 8 to 52 years. The diagnostic and dinical features, as well as the treatment and prognosis of ıhis disease were discussed.
