A 44 years old woman who having hemodialysis for three years had a complaint of pain in the fistular area. Ultrasonographic examination was done to the fistular area. There was no flow by color doppler imagings. Transient dialysis catheter for hemodialysis was suggested to the patient. Catheter was advanced to the left jugular vein. When control telecardiography examination was done, catheter malposition was detected. Venous type blood was seen when negative pressure applied. Anjiography was applied to detect the catheter localisation. Caheter was seen in coronary sinus via the route of persistant left superior vena cava.
