in last decade the radial artery pediele .forearm fast-lc-wan .flap is more uselful than the other con-ventional methods. Because of its popularity, pri-ority and advantages in circulatory physiology and anatomy it is used on repairing of defects in hands. In our clinics, in 9 patients. between 11-60 years old, the defects occured in both side of hands (dor-sal and paten art have been repaired by distal pe-die/es radial fasciocutan island flaps (1,14)1- an int-mobilLation period of 10 dais post-op hands motion and rehabilitation have been started and both ,for-mal and fonctional access have been achieved.
