Intracerebral calsifications revealed accumulation of calcium and various minerals in basal ganglia, cerebellum and centrum semiovale. They are usually detected as an incidental radiological finding. They are mostly seen as hereditary, idiopatic or in the disorders of calcium and parathormone metabolism. They may be presented with very different and examination findings. The etiology and management of intracerebral calcifications in different cases were evaluated in the present study.
