The lipofuscin pigment in neurons of the cervical, thoracal and lumbal paris of the spinal cord and of the nucleus dentatus, fastigii, globosus of the cerebellum of the 12, 18, 24 months old rats was observed as polar, bipolar, diffuse and perinucleer. Although the lipofuscin accumulation was obviousiv high in neurons of the spinal cord, this increase in neurons of the cerebellar nucleus was less atan that of the spinal card.
