In 1987, the first IVF was born in England as a result of a successful in vitrofertilization (1VF) re-embriotransfer (ET) application. In this application, oocytes are taken from those who cannot conceive due to a pathology in the tubas by laparoscopy and fertilized with the husband's spermatozoids in a culture medium. Normal gestational period is expected by transferring the embryo to the uterus.
