IVe evaluated the medical records of 26 patients vvith kidney injuries resulting from multiple trauma at urological department. The patients vvere classified as minör and majör depending on the pathological sign. 65.4% of the patients had majör renal damage vvere as 34.6% of the patients had minör renal damage. From kidney injuries 76.8% was blunt injuries. 88.8% of majör kidney injuries vvere associated with multiple organ damage. Surgical treatment's vvere used for majör renal traumas wereas only conservative treatment vvere used in management of minör renal injuries. VVhile emergency interferances vvere reçuired only due to early complications of multiple trauma like hemorrage and urinoma, and late complications like htfdronephrosis, hypertension and arteriovenoous fistulas.
