Proton pump inhibitors, are potent inhibitors of gastric acid secretion which are widely used in treatment of acid related disorders. They are believed to have minimal side effect profile. Although hipersensitivity reactions are rare, anaphylaxia have been reported. Clinicians should be kept in mind that anaphylactic reactions with these drugs might be seen. In this case report we aimed to discuss treatment modalities of anaphylaxia after taking oral lansoprazole.
