Despite the successful application of la-paroscopic cholecystectomy at 252 patients, 16 pa-tient had necessarly been take into laparotomy. Mortality rate is nil. The operation approximately takes 50 minutes and patients are kept at our hos-pital for nearl 2 days and the patient's recoveries takes a week. Serious complications was observed at 6 patients. We come to the conclusion that the reason for the complications peeing high is that this kind of surgical attempts are very recently applied in our clinic.
