In this study, cytoarchitecture in grey matter of thoracal segments of rabbit's spinal cord was studied. Total nine lamination were determined in grey matter according to shape, greatness, Nissl substance and topographic distribution of neurons. Preparations used in this study were stained by Thionin (for Nissl substance) and Luxol fast blue-Cresyl fast violet (for myelin).
