Studies related to the etiological factors of colon cancers have been carried on for a long time. Two syndrome af- fected by genetic factors have been defined; these are familial adenomatozis polypoid syndrome and Lynch syndrome. Lynch syndrome transmissed autosomal dominantly and had a high penetrans is a small group of colon cancers. A case operated for colon cancer, and there are 4 cases bearing colon cancer in her family is pre- sented as a Lynch syndrome, and the related literatüre are reviewed.
