MEO was described by Chandler in 1968. it is a progressive exiernal otitis that usually occuring elderly diabetic patients caused by Pseudomonas Aeruginosa. Leads ta death by paratysis of multipl cranial nerves and other iniracranial complications when attaching ternporal bone and skull base. in this article, we present a patient who was diagnosed as MEO at arar clinic and üs etiopathogenesis, clinical features, diagnosis and Ireatment have been cliscused.
