Melkersson Rosenthal syndrome (MRS) is a rare disorder of unknown etiology, undefined incidence, and inconsistent classification. (1) MRS unilateral or bilateral peripheral facial paralysis recurrent attacks, orofacial edema, fissure in the language (lingua plicata) is characterized by a table. This syndrome have been in the giant cells in histological as multinuclear, together with increased inflammatory cells and dilated lymphatic channels are observed. (2) This syndrome is rare in childhood 2 of life and 3 decad is seen more often. It is rare to see a classic triad and often monosymptomatic or oligo symptomatic involvement is monitored. Results with one or two of the biopsy is enough to recognize the existence granulomatous chelitis. (1,2) In this study we aimed to invstigate case with alone facial edema in terms of MRS.
