In the laboratories of Microbiology at the Selçuk liniversity Medical Sohool, 400 vaginal cultures were ohtained from the wornen with vaginal discharge complainttrıents. 184 out of 400 vaginal cultures (46%) were evaluated as pathoge.nic flora and 164 oui of 400 cultures (41%) were evaluated as normal flora. pathogenic flora pnicroorganistns were pathogenic ..laphylococcus (34.8%), Gram negative enteric bacteria (30.4%), enterocOccus (19.6%) and Gandida (15.2),
