Morgagni Hernia and Surgical Treatment's A case of clinically silent morgagni hernia is presented

The patient has blunt abdominal pain and asyptomatic. The diagnosis of morgagni hernia is X-Ray pnemoperiteneum and CT. The patiend was re-pair surgical treatment. THe diagnosis of silent mor-gagni hernia can he revealed bly using modern ima-ging techniques such as CT or MRI.
