Recently, evaluation of hepatic artery variations has become quite important in cases planned transarterial chemoembolization and liver transplantation. To evaluate hepatic artery anatomy can be used multiple diagnostic methods. In this article, we described multidedector computed tomography angiography findings of a rare variation of gastroduodenal artery, which is originated from left hepatic artery in a case planned transarterial chemoembolization.
