We aim to evaluate the new cavity appropriate suture application in 7 patienst with uterin atony (UA) in our clinic. We applied the new cavity appropriate suture in 7 patienst with uterin atony via 1 no vicryl suture in Meram Medical School Hospital Department of Obs&Gyn. In 3 patients with normal vaginal delivery with postpartum hemorrhage and in 4 patients delivered by cesarian section atony occured. In 3 patients of 7 the plasenta was fundus -lying ,in 4 of them it was plasenta previa. Bleeding control was done in all of them. There was no complications in any of them. Patients discharged on an average 3.95 days. Menstruation syclus restored on an average 18 -24 months in theese patients. Uterin atony has a serious morbidity and mortality. In this pathology the risk of mortality, morbidity and hysterectomy is high. İn 7 patients with uterin atony we observed the bleeding stopped with our new tecnique. We observed no serious complication. No patient underwent hysterectomy
