Obesity, in its simplest meaning, must be raised in body fat. Keeping the body weight within normal limits can be achieved by establishing the energy balance by having blackberries and calories spent, and it is expressed as "Caloric balance = Kcal obtained with food - Kcal consumed in metabolism (Basal metabolism + work metabolism) + Urine, consumed as feces and Kcal" (one)
