Operative Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures of the Femur

Five anatomical internal fixation devices with intertrochanteric femur fractures were reviewed. It was our patients. The most was 12%. They were followed up for a mean age of 48 years 61.2 less than 3 months, average 18 months. In our evaluation, it was seen that there were more complications in unstable fractures and 92% of the patients gained their prefracture conditions.
