It is known that anticolvulsant drugs cause os-teomalacia. As patient who suffered of leg pain were questioned and examined, we noticed that he has used an anticolvulsant drug (diphenylhydantion) for a long time by the reason of seizure. We found bi-laterally Looser zones in femur necks when ra-diological examination were carried out. Obviously it is useful to follow up the patients periodically who use anticolvulsant drugs.
