Our Patients With Chronic Myelotic Leukemia

In this study, 23 chronic myelotic leukemia (CIVIL) cases evaluated retrospectively between 1990 and 1993 in Selcuk University Department of Internal Medicine. The incidence of leukaemia were found 16.11 percent in all malign (435 patients) cases. The incidence of CML were found 5 27 per-cent in only leukemia. Femalelmale ratio were found 1.13. Age of women in our study were 45.6 ± 4.6 and age of man were 58.30 ± 3.7. CML appeared earlier in women_ The major complaints of our pa-tients were referred to hyper metabolism and sple-nomgaly. 5 of our the patients changed in to acute myeloblastic leukemia and all of them diet. 5 of our patients did not come for follow-up. The other 13 patients continue to come for regularly controls.
