Pancytopenia in Brucellosis

Brucella infection may produce a variety ofnon-spesific haematological abnormalities. Bone mar-row and spleen are commonly involved in this in-fection and such involvement may result in a pane-topenia. In this arcticle. a pancytopenia case in brucellosis has been reported. Pancytopenia re-solved on treatment of the brucella infection. We want to stressed the importance of ha-ematological complications for brucellosis Ltiith this case.
