Peyronie's disease was named after King XV of France, who lived in 1743. Lui's surgery is more than Francois de la Peyronie. In the disease, scar tissue forms (plaque) in the cysts where the tunica albuginea surrounds the corpus cavernosum due to various reasons, which causes the loss of elasticity in the affected plan crest, and thus, it causes a congestion in that region during erection. The disease, whose incidence has been determined as 1% in the studies, is still. It is mostly seen in middle-aged patients. It is rare in young people and very old age. It is less seen in black and almost never seen in eastern.
