A 38 year-old-female patient found svvelling and an oppressive feeling in the left superior limb after effort was reported. Two days after the beginning of symptoms she admitted to our hospital and detail examination was performed. Diagnosis of thrombosis of the left axillary-subclavian vein was confirmed by venography. Anticoagulan and then antiagregan therapy was performed. Left arm symptoms of this patient were almost improved. The patient discharged on the 7 th hospital day with oral vvarfarin antiagregan therapy. 3 months after the onset of the disorder any recurrent symptom has not seen. İt was thought this was a rare case of primary subsclavian vein thrombosis (Paget-Schroetter Syndrome) caused by hanging the curtains.
