Pseudornembranous enterocolitis (PMEC) is a clinical picture characterized by en-doscopically defined pseudomembranes and microabses in individuals with anti-tibiotic use and diarrhea. Although the most important predisposing cause of the disease is the use of an-tibiotic, it was seen in the pre-anfibiotic period, suggesting that other factors may play a role in the pathogenesis, but PMEC was rarely observed in the 1960s, while the administration of lincomycin, clindamycin and broad-spectrum trouble 'transferring' antibiotics followed by increased.
