Hamartoma appears on a routine chest radiograph in an asymptomatic male. Malignant transformation of the epithelial component of hamartoma is extremely rare. Diagnosis and treatment is accomphished by surgical excision. In this paper two patients with pulmonary hamartomas are presented and discussed with relaton ta the literature.
